DESCRIPTION
Creamy Chardonnay with a touch of Burgundian finesse that has been much appreciated for years. 70% of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels. Excellent with hearty fish dishes, veal and pork.
Bright yellow. Intense bouquet of dried apricots and quince jelly, followed by a delicate note of smoke, hyacinths and some bourbon vanilla. Seductive baby pineapple, sandalwood, white pepper and hints of peach and ripe Chardonnay aromas on the palate. Yellow fruity, but also mineral finish, paired with green tea nuances and greengage.
