A field Blend from Miles’s home vineyard this is 40% Nebbiolo, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot & 20% Zinfandel. The aromatics are of the charts with rose pearl, black sappy fruit and violets and pine needles.
This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers on crunchy, intense red currant, blackberry and nulberry notes. It's the tannin and acid structure which prevents this beauty from being a fruit bomb.
