This funky orange obtains its beautiful golden color from extended skin contact (12 weeks) and fermentation was spontaneous with ambient yeast in amphora. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Medium bodied and expressive with dried orange peel, apricot, spice, and honey.
