• Small batch four grain straight bourbon whiskey distilled by Finger Lakes Distilling in Burdett, New York • Mash bill of New York-grown grain that includes 70% Yellow Dent corn, 10% Danko rye, 10% Red Winter wheat, and 10% two-row malted barley • Produced using water sourced from aquifers around Seneca Lake, the deepest lake in New York • 4–7-day open top fermentation • Distilled in a 25-foot Vendome copper column still and thumper • Aged a minimum of 4 years in heavy char barrels • Sakura blossom, butterscotch, toasted almond, and clover honey on the nose; a rich and chewy palate exudes brown sugar, clove, orange peel, cinnamon, and amaretto with a touch of grilled peaches, star anise, and brown butter-baked apples • NY Farm Distillery License Eligible • Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV McKenzie 4 Grain Small Batch Bourbon is an exemplary four grain bourbon inspired by the bountiful grain harvests of the Finger Lakes region.
