While the order finally arrived in pristine condition (packaging was 100%), I was starting to think I had fallen for a scam. I started receiving "your order has been delivered" notifications about a week prior to actually receiving the shipment. When the notifications were actually for the Shipping INSURANCE I had purchased (might want to work on communicating that better (or less) to the customer). Order showed up today, and I could not be more pleased! The delivery driver was even wonderful and pleasant. Thank you!

Friends, I may be your best customer for Mattingly and More bourbon. The service was excellent but your shipping fees are very high. About $8-9 per bottle from you to me in metro Denver. M and M is fine bourbon, bought my first bottle in Vietnam in l968-69 for 85 cents. Was on the market at a few shops here in Denver for a while but can’t find it locally any more. The Fed Exp driver was very kind, friendly, and on time. I appreciate the progress reports from you about the status of my shipment. I will use you again. M and M is close in Quality to Jim Beam but better in my tastebuds. Jack Danials is a lot like Log Cabin pancake syrup with a little vodka mixed in. Just to sweet and I do not like the taste. My cost for four bottles was about $80. I can’d do that often at this shipping fee. Don Barnett

Very good bourbon for the price

Great service and timing. Your marketing lady gave me a serious discount on the shipping cost and I purchased four bottles instead of my usual two. This bourbon is very good. Better than the $20-40 bottles and not overly sweet. Jack Daniels tastes like a bottle of Log Cabin syrup with a pint of vodka tosses in. Much too sweet. Great service and great speed in delivery time. Please keep this bourbon available in your inventory.
