La Jefa is deep straw and gold in color. The aromatics are complex with ripe stone fruits; wild honey; seasoned wood; a touch of tropical fruit and vanilla pod. It is complemented with slight aniseed nuances; to reflect a nose harmonized by its aging in casks. It is a mouth-filling; silky wine; with great creaminess; good acidity; perfect balance and elegance. The finish is long and complex with great length. This is a special wine!
