IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Produced from 40% Cabernet, 40% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet Franc. The grapes grew in the Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee, and the Jerusalem mountains. The vintage is manual. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Has a fruity and spicy aroma, has a full body. Cumulus is the name of a pile of clouds in the sky that drops showers, or in its everyday name - a sheep cloud.
Blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry notes abound on the nose while the palate offers plenty of elegant tannins and a long finish with lingering notes of spice, woodsmoke, and crushed wild berries.
