This listing is a full case of 12 bottles of Manos del Sur Malbec Reserva from Mendoza, the Argentine region that made Malbec famous. Vineyards there sit high in the foothills of the Andes, where hot days and cold nights give the grape deep color and ripe fruit.
Expect a dense, chewy red with black plum, blackberry and cassis, and touches of leather, herbs and a little salt on the finish. It is generous and not shy.
Serve it around 60-65F. It was made for the grill: steak, burgers, chorizo, or anything with chimichurri. A case is a practical buy for parties, restaurants or anyone who wants a dependable house red on hand.
