• 100% Malbec • Sourced from two high-density plots, which have a good presence of limestone, and no clay is present • Hand harvested • The grapes are transferred by gravity into smaller concrete tanks • Fermented with indigenous yeasts at 26ºC for 15 days • Aged for 18 months in concrete pools (75%) and untoasted oak foudres (25%) • Aged for 6 months in bottle prior to release
