• 100% Malbec • Sourced from the certified organic Jardin Altamira vineyard – one of Altos las Hormigas’ estate sites in Paraje Altamira,Uco Valley • Alluvial Terrace of Altamira, at 1,200 meters above sea level with little clay and limestone covered pebbles • Fruit goes through a double selection process and are transferred by gravity into small concrete containers • 25-day minimal extraction, semi-reductive fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 26ºC, with manual pigeage throughout • Aged for 15 months in 50% untoasted foudres and 50% concrete, then minimum 12 months in bottle
