For our Maximus Malbec we hand pick grapes from vines over 15 years old. The wine is aged 6 months in second and third used French oak barrels. The character of this wine shows an intense red fruits aroma, with delicate touches of spices and pepper. Traditional with cool maceration in stainless steel tank. AGING 6 months in second and third use French oak barrels.
