Vinification:Classical vinification combining with traditional maceration techniques and aging for 23 months in new oak barrels. Our commitment is to only release this wine in the vintages that achieve excellence – it is therefore unknown when the next vintage of this wine is to be expected.Characteristics:Intense ruby-red in color, SYMBOLO offers layered aromas of wild blackberries, graphite, smoke, and forest floor. On the palate, these notes are intertwined with hints of sweet spice and violets. Structurally it manages to show both powerful and elegant sides as it unfolds into a long, silky finish.Suggested with:Serve this wine with juicy steaks, slow-smoked ribs, or with veal Parmaggiano.
