United StatesTwice UPS was unable to deliver
I ordered the Bourbon 2 times. The first time it was destroyed the 2nd time UPS got it with nothing inside. It was for a special event. It never made it. They cancelled the order. I was unhappy.
The phantom delivrty
Terrible. Two attempts at delivery were made. In both cases they were never delivered. UPS claimed there was damage in transit. Is that “true”. I will never know since chateau has decided not to attempt to deliver my order again. I’m so disappointed as the bottles of bourbon were to be Christmas gifts for my sons and my grandchildren. I don’t blame them for the “damage” but I criticize their decision to not follow up with UPS and find a solution and get me my Bourbon!
