The second label of Chateau Lassegue, made by Pierre Seillan on the right bank. Crunchy red fruit with nutmeg and white pepper, rose petal appearing with air, then a dense core of fruit on the palate with Cabernet Franc giving spice and polish. Discreet tannins, good tension, and a long mineral finish off the clay and limestone.
