DESCRIPTION
The grapes are dried for months before pressing, then the wine spends years in large Slavonian casks. Dark red, with dried fruit, prune, sultana and spice on a generous nose, then macerated cherry, plum and Christmas cake. Full bodied and rich but dry, medium tannin, and elegant for a wine of this weight. Long finish. Cold weather and strong cheese.
