A lively yet delicate sparkling Pinot Nero single varietal. This wine is a bright pink in colour with an elegant bouquet of red fruits and rose petals. The palate has a creamy mousse with notes of redcurrants, raspberries and delicate floral notes. A well balanced sparkling wine with a refreshing acidity and a fruity finish. Ideal as an aperitif or served alongside cold ham or seafood starters.
