• 100% organically-grown Nebbiolo • Sourced from 15-year-old vines in the Ravera di Monforte cru in Monforte d'Alba • Calcareous clay soil • 400 meters elevation • Harvested mid-October • Fermentation in stainless steel tanks • Aged 14 months in second-passage french oak barrels, plus 2 months in bottle • Released 18 months after harvest • Total annual production: 650 cases
