The Vieille Ferme Réserve Brut Sparkling will allow you to celebrate all your moments of sharing in elegance and simplicity. From an aperitif with friends to an uninhibited banquet, this wine will make you appreciate the present moment by bringing you freedom and conviviality.
Clear wines come from Chardonnay planted on limestone soils which make the reputation of French wines. The limestone (marine sediments) brings to the wines a minerality and a freshness particularly adapted to this wine. Once assembled, the clear wines are aged on lees with batonnage. This process creates an autolysis which brings fat and roundness as well as the subtle aromas of hazelnut. The elaboration of the wine ends with the foaming and bottling.
The Vieille Ferme Réserve Brut Sparkling combines the tension of limestone soil, the freshness of Chardonnay and the roundness of aging on lees.
