DESCRIPTION
Light straw yellow in colour with delicate greenish highlights. Intense, long, continuous, lasting with flavours varying from fruitiness to floral depending onthe stage of its evolution. Strong on the palate, typical of Gavi. Flinty with walnut and toasted almond on the finish.
