La Joya Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Viña Bisquertt With Great Structure And Concentration.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017 vintage, Marchihue Valley - Colchagua
It is a ruby red wine, clean and bright, with a great body, the nose is complex with a lot of ripe black fruit such as blackberries, there are spices such as pepper and some menthol very typical of the variety, notes of tea leaves, tobacco leather and smoke from its upbringing. The mouth is wide, with balanced acidity, ripe and silky tannins with a persistent and elegant finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon wine is a very good accompaniment to red meat with fat and bone, mature cheeses, and charcuterie in general.
From block 26, planted on compact alluvial soil. This soil has medium to low water retention, good root exploration, and medium-low fertility. Wines produced from these grapes have great structure and concentration, medium-low aromatic intensity, and tannins with good grip.
