Non-Mevushal. O.U. (Orthodox Union); adatz Beit Yosef; Rabbinate of Modi’in; Rabbinate of Mateh Binyamin. Produced from a blend of two grape varieties; its dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from the upper Galilee showcases pronounced flavors of ripe red fruits; English pepper and roasted products. after aging for 24 months in first and second year french oak barrels. it presents heightened notes of tertiary aromas such as cocoa and coffee; resulting from the long stay in the cellar; this wine was selected for such an extended barrel aging due to its organoleptic properties at the end of vinification.
