DESCRIPTION
A Danish fortified cherry wine, made by blending cherry juice with neutral spirit and bottled at 16 percent. The pits go in during production, which is where the almond note comes from. Candied cherry on the nose with dried prune and an earthy beetroot edge, then molasses over a tart cherry core. Sweet and smooth. Serve it cold, or use it in a cocktail.
