Floral and spice focused. Complex and brooding. Rich, sweet floral notes (jasmine) alongside savory notes of sorrel and shiso leaf with slated caramel and honeycrisp apple.
Blueberries and raspberries with hibiscus undertones. Full-bodied and tightened down, with firm, linear tannins. Bright and solid. Needs time to open and soften.
