DEN, the famous Katsuyama Daiginjo, is made with the prized Yamada Nishiki rice, milled to 35%, and aged at a low temperature for one year.
The result is a full-bodied and velvety sake boasting sumptuous flavors of melon, peach, strawberry, and a hint of honey. Further, its finish is delicate and leaves a lingering note of elegance on the palate.
