DESCRIPTION
The grapes are harvested by hand at low yields. Vinification: after carbonic maceration, with no added sulphur, the wine is matured 24 months in old oak barrels from the Tronçais forest. Neither fined nor filtered, and no added sulphites.
A powerful, complex nose of cherry pits and blackcurrant, with floral, smoky, and rosemary notes. On the palate: complexity, charm, purity, smoothness, minerality, and phenomenal length.
