DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Jarvis grows everything on its own estate east of Napa and ferments underground, in the cave, which is unusual and not just for show: the cool, stable temperature slows everything down. Dark red fruit with baking spice, white flowers and sage, then chocolate and fig on the palate. Mountain tannins, firm but polished, held up by real acidity. Long finish.
