Joost and Miguela de Willebois farm their own vineyards across the three soils of Sancerre: caillottes, terres blanches and silex. Fermented in stainless steel, then six months on fine lees before blending. Mandarin, yuzu and pink grapefruit on the nose, a full and textured palate of white fruit and citrus, and a saline, mineral finish.
