• Limited edition single malt Scotch whisky produced by Kilchoman Distillery in Islay, Scotland • Malted barley peated to 50ppm • 85–90-hour fermentation • Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills • Aged in a combination of ex–Sauternes casks that previously held Kilchoman’s 2018 Sauternes Cask Finished Single Malt (78%) and first-fill ex–Sauternes casks (22%); non-age statement • A creamy, buttery nose carries aromas of ripe fruit, salty sea air, and light peat smoke before transitioning to a richly textured palate of butterscotch, tropical fruit, candied nuts, and subtle florality with a sweet, smoky finish • No added coloring • Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV “After a six-year absence, the Sauternes Cask Matured Kilchoman is back!
