• 100% Aglianico • From Montemiletto, within the Taurasi DOCG appellation • Altitude is 500-700 meters • Eastern exposure • Vines are between 10 and 15 years old • Planted to limestone and calcareous clay soils • Fruit is destemmed before crushing • Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel and French oak • Aged in 70% French oak and 30% steel for approximately 1 year before bottling
