Nose: Salted toffee, vanilla wafers, white nougart, touch of clove and charred orange rind, candied peel, white chocolate, condensed milk fudge.

Palate: Salted nougart, white chocolate cookie dough, almond milk, macaroons, clove oil, pepper and a waxy, quince like body.

Finish: Waxy, oily and salty but backed up with plenty of fruity notes (think boiled sweets or wine gums) lasting dry spice and barley sugar notes.
