Ordering was easy. Freight was a bit expensive but probably not unreasonable. There's a lot of weight there. Product arrived in good condition. Only real issue is lack of communication regarding when it was going to ship, if it was going to ship, and when it shipped. We thought maybe it wasn't allowable to ship whiskey to PA. We were already thinking of other places we might go to get it. Then it just showed up. Glad to have it in these difficult times.

The price was reasonable, the delivery charges lower than I would have expected and the arrival was within hours of the order, not weeks. What more could anyone want? I was very pleased and very surprised at the level of service. It was exactly what I'd ordered and with great speed.
