Slightly salmon-pink in color, leaving beautiful tears on the glass.Fine and active bubble.Lively and open nose of yellow fruits, small red fruits and a cold mineral aspect then in a second time on baked apple.
The palate shows no trace of aging: the wine is frank, punchy and at the same time fills the mouth well. It is both voluminous and tracing.
