Hennessy Paradis sits near the top of the Hennessy range, a blend of very old eaux-de-vie chosen for elegance rather than power. This 700ml bottle is the Lunar New Year 2025 edition, dressed in special artwork for the celebration.
Paradis is the delicate side of old cognac. Expect floral notes, honey and candied fruit, a little spice, and a silky, almost weightless texture. The finish is long and gentle. It's a very different experience from the big, dark Hennessy XO.
Pour a small measure into a tulip glass at room temperature, no ice. Let it sit a few minutes before you taste. This is a bottle for collectors and for the most important celebrations; keep the box intact if it's a gift.
