DESCRIPTION

Reductive notes of lemon zest, fresh lychee and pear/quince jelly on the nose, accompanied by a lot of minerality with a clear flint. A creamy texture on the palate, yellow fruit, light exoticism, maybe a piece of butter, but also a noticeable phenolic - this gives grip, the fine enamel makes it easy to drink, the animating, delicate acidity ensures a good finish. A Gutedel with only 11 vol.% alcohol and skilful, elegant reduction!
