Long, slow fermentation in stainless steel until the following spring • Farming: Respekt Certified Biodynamic\n\nThis is the old 'Kammern Heiligenstein' wine, which was discontinued in 2014 as it was too confusing to have a GV and a Riesling with such a similar name. So, Johannes made the concession and is calling this a village wine, as it ought to be, but the sources – Renner, Grub, Lamm, Gaisberg – are the same. Excellent vineyards, that together form a wider look at this part of the Kamptal. The loess and loamy soils that lie on the outer rims of Kammern, the traditional wine-growing village, are among the most fascinating terroirs in the Kamptal.
