It took two months to get my order. Never a call or email from Wine Chateau. After the first three weeks, I called them. They said “sorry, Your product was on back order, should be in soon”. I waited another month and was about to call and cancel when I finally got an email saying the order had been shipped. I will say that the packing is excellent. Each bottle was wrapped in special cardboard. Wine Chateau should improve their communications. When a product is on back order, generate an email. Then if at the first of each month it is still on BO, generate another email. This could be built into a system, or a service rep could handle it.
