A beautiful blend of 45% Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar; 30% Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley; and 25% Chardonnay from Sézannais. The sublime color is a pale yellow with a beautiful effervescence. The nose is delicate with white fruit notes and some citrus (lemon) aromas. The vivacity is superb with a chalky last impression and a subtle balance. Pairs perfectly with an aperitif or a fine meal.
