DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
A field blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Moresco hillside, grapes are hand-picked and fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 10 12 days, with daily pump-overs for optimal extraction. After malolactic in tank, the vintages are blended and aged for 12 months in a combination of 70% used and 30% new French oak barriques.
