Deep ruby, slightly bluish red, dense because of the sugar content.Nose: Clean, typical blackcurrant nose, with no strange notes. The intense nose is an indication of the quality of the selection of the original fruits. Very fruity, persistent and inviting bouquet. Palate: Immediate smoothness. Fruity flavors explode in the mouth bringing a fragile sweetness that gives way to a hint of acidity at the finish to provide the perfect balance of flavors. Excellent product and service

We love this Cassis! We use it exclusively for our El Diablos and prefer it to other brands for the more distinctive black current taste. Wine Chateau was so awesome - held out order while we were out of country until we returned!
