he barrel-aged Pian di Rèmole Rosso Toscana from the wine-growing region of Tuscany is brilliantly shimmering crimson, ruby red in the glass. The first nose of the Pian di Rèmole Rosso Toscana flatters with notes of morello cherries, blueberries and rum pot. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by notes of the barrel aging and even more fruity-balsamic nuances. This Italian wine inspires with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you can of course expect from a wine in the higher entry-level price range, this Italian enchants with all the dryness and the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. The finale of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Tuscany, more precisely from Toscana IGT, finally convinces with a remarkable aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets from the soil, which is dominated by limestone.
This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It goes perfectly as an accompanying wine with spinach gratin with almonds, pumpkin casserole or wok vegetables with fish.
