Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is a truly modern Australian style of gin, crafted using a combination of Mediterranean citrus, Asian spice and local Australian botanicals. Whole gin-steamed oranges and native lemon myrtle bring warm, delicious Mediterranean citrus to the fore. Cardamom, coriander, star anise and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf add a bold hit of Asian spice. Balanced, delicious and versatile, Rare Dry Gin is at home in a perfect G & T garnished with fresh orange or a Martini with an orange twist.
