Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order on December 13. I have not received my order as of yet. I have reached out four times now to find out the status of this order and only received a generic message that it is on its way.

I placed the same order in November and received it within about seven business days.

Not sure what is going on.
