• 100% Fiano sourced from the estate's most historic vineyard, known as Chiano • 620 meters elevation • The highest vineyard in the Fiano di Avellino DOCG of the Arianello-Lapio area, which is the heart of the district • Harvested by hand during the first ten days of November, after the first autumn frost • 20% of the grapes are slightly raisined • Long aging in stainless steel on its lees, no oak is employed in the making of this wine • Bottled before the following harvest, it ages an additional twelve months in bottle • 2000 bottles produced in 2018
