DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
This wine is made from sun-dried grapes of Grillo and Catarratto, giving it an orange-golden color with a lusciously sweet and creamy character. The practice of sun-drying grapes, particularly in Sicily, dates back to ancient times and was used in the production of wines like Marsala. This method allows for the creation of a dessert wine with a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity.
