Ferrari-Carano is better known for Sonoma, but this one is made in Friuli Grave in the northeast of Italy. Pear, white flowers and crushed stone on the nose, then white peach, lychee and lime carried by crisp acidity and a stony minerality. Clean and bright, with a long finish. Good with scallops, oysters or a seafood pasta.
