FERGHETTINA FRANCIACORTA BRUT DOCG

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it has fine and numerous bubbles. On the nose it has citrus hints of lemon and cedar, notes of bread and then again white peach and pineapple. Pleasantly fresh, savory and full-bodied, it amazes for the completeness of taste and the long fullness of persistence.

Excellent for a refined aperitif, it perfectly accompanies an octopus salad as well as fried cod steaks.
