Beautiful straw yellow color with golden reflections on the nose it offers hints of broom, citrus fruits, honey and flint the sip is fresh supported by a great acidity, savory and with the unmistakable hint of hydrocarbons, long persistence with closing on notes of peel citrus and dried fruit.
Fruit is hand-harvested, each parcel is vinified separately in cask, and the must is clarified before indigenous yeast fermentation, both essential at Meulenhof.
