DESCRIPTION

Classic notes of juniper are balanced with pronounced grapefruit and hints of spice from ginger, cinnamon and rose. Butterfly pea flowers provide an earthy component and a vibrant indigo colour that changes to pink with the addition of tonic or citrus.

Made in small batches on Vancouver Island, Empress 1908 Gin is the result of a collaboration between the iconic Empress Hotel and pioneering spirits makers, Victoria Distillers.

Incredible gin for the price

This is by far one of the best gins I have ever tasted, and considering the price, it doesn't get much better. Also has a wow factor with the color and how it changes depending on mixer. I always have a bottle on hand.
