With a mashbill of 51% Rye, 35% Corn, 14% Malted Barley and at 94 proof, this rye has black pepper and summer fruits on the nose and is surprisingly sweet with kettle corn and caramel. Finishes with vanilla and butterscotch and a great hit of the rye spice.
