• A Verijadiego-based blend with Listán Blanco, Marmajuelo, Verdello, and Forastera • Sourced from small parcels at a variety of elevations and climatic zones around the Canaries smallest viticulture island: El Hierro • Gently pressed whole-cluster into a combination of stainless steel and used French and Austrian oak • Fermented with indigenous yeast and raised in both tank and used French and Austrian oak for 12 months • Unfined and unfiltered • 5000 bottles produced • Practicing Organic (In Conversion)
